Hi Guys, I’m Noor. I’m a GEL certified trainer and also a Zumba instructor. I love dancing; not only is it a great workout but it’s is also my favourite way of relaxing. I am also LES MILLS certified BodyPump and BodyAttack instructor. I enjoy my workouts because they give my body confidence and make feel that the sky is the limit. I love teaching women about health because it’s extremely fulfilling to see them turn their lives around with health and fitness. My ideal workout is an intense dance session followed by weight training in BodyPump. I recommend women should do 2 hours of intense cardio and 2 hours of weight training every week to tone, shape and sculpt their bodies.
I am a physics-nerd turned fitness-fanatic. My background in in particle physics research and solar energy solutions (I know! Can you believe it?). I completed an Undergraduate Masters in Physics and Philosophy from Oxford University in 2014 where I picked up a love for skiing, scuba diving and fitness. I love reading everything and anything and pondering over the meaning of life but my all time favourite activity is to sleep in late in the mornings.
