YogaFlow is the perfect addition to your cardio and strength workouts. The class is a mixture or Tai-chi, yoga and Pilates, and is designed so you can stretch and strengthen all the major muscles in your body. It is ideal for those who experience muscle or joint pain after a cardio workout. The class will not only help you relax and de-stress but will also help your body recover so you are ready for those cardio and strength classes.
You will be doing Tai chi, Yoga and Pilates moves to music. The moves will not only stretch all major muscles but also challenge you a bit so you can strengthen and condition those muscles. Each class has a dedicated core and back routine to help you get rid of the fat in those difficult spots. The session will end with a meditation track so you can find your Zen with us.
AimFit provides all the necessary equipment however it is preferred that you bring your own mat. Additionally you will need supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
