WHY IS IT GOOD FOR ME?

 

SpinFit is an indoor cycling class designed to push the limits of your cardiovascular and lower body strength. Clients can achieve great toning in their lower bodies by doing this class 2 to 3 times a week as part of their overall workout routine. Everyone is encouraged to work at his or her own pace during the class and gradually, they’re able to see an improvement in their overall fitness by pushing the limits in each class.

WHAT WILL I DO?

 

With constant shifts in pace, position and resistance, the program uses interval training to maximize calorie burn. The upbeat music coupled with the motivational coaching from the instructors guarantee an adrenaline-charged experience.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

 

AimFit provides all the necessary equipment. Additionally you will need supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
