WHY IS IT GOOD FOR ME?

 

Interval strength and cardio training is the best form of fat loss and muscle gain. You will not only strengthen your heart and improve your fitness but also work all the major muscles in the body so your bones and joints stay protected. Before you know it those cuts and muscles will start showing.

WHAT WILL I DO?

 

You will be using barbells and weights along with engaging in body weight strength and cardio exercises. The instructors also incorporate a challenge every now and then so you can go all out and impress your peers. Above all it helps you get better in every class as you can track your performance in each challenge over the weeks.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

 

AimFit provides all the necessary equipment however it is preferred that you bring your own mat. Additionally you will need supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
