WHY IS IT GOOD FOR ME?

 

DanceFit is the best alternative to cardio training at a regular gym. Classes will introduce various dance routines, making sure you have fun as you keep your heart rate in the cardio zone, burning calories at a high pace. Most dance routines will be the same across classes with a few new choreographies introduced in each session. Once familiar with the routines, dancers should aim to do each routine better to get faster results.

WHAT WILL I DO?

 

DanceFit is the longest running and the most popular class at AimFit. It is an hour-long dance session with a variety of dance moves, such as Modern, Hip-hop and Bollywood. Participants find the class extremely fun and challenging.  The intense cardio workout interspersed with a few targeted muscle building exercises can burn anywhere from 500 – 700 calories in an hour! The best part – you don’t even realize it because you are too busy grooving to the music.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

 

AimFit provides all the necessary equipment. All you need is supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
