CoreBlast is a power packed 45 minute workout that focuses on abdominal strength and conditioning. One can expect to burn around 400-500 calories depending upon the effort put in. The program is placed at level 2 and level 3 but beginners can also join in and steadily get accustomed to it.The program is offered at the DHA Phase 5, DHA Y block and Garden Town studios.
Most of the workout is done on a mat. All you have to do is come to class with training shoes. All equipment is available at our studios.
