ComboFit is designed for beginners and those who have been out of touch with exercising for a while. The instructors break down the technique for all the exercises and keep a close eye on your posture to make sure you don’t injure yourself. Through out the class your instructor will give you more difficult options for each exercise so that when you are ready you can take your workout to the next level so you are always improving your fitness with ComboFit.
The class usually starts with a warm-up followed by an intense cardio section. Each day the instructors focus on a different part of the body (usually split between upper body, lower body and core). Cardio is followed by a strength and conditioning section. Prepare to do a lot of Burpees, squats, lunges and other exercises that work multiple large muscles at the same time. To end the class instructors might incorporate a yoga stretch or a Pilates conditioning circuit.
AimFit provides all the necessary equipment however it is preferred that you bring your own mat. Additionally you will need supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
