BodyBlast is a Level 2/3 workout recommended at least 4 times a week for those looking to lose fat, tone muscles, build strength and agility, improve energy, reflexes and cardiovascular fitness and relieve stress and anxiety. The class is taught by internationally certified instructors in a small, medium or large group to ensure maximum benefit.
You can expect a high intensity cardio workout comprising of aerobics, plyometric, sprint and athletic training. Some muscular strength and endurance training is added to achieve maximum results. BodyBlast is known for its extremely high energy and intensity.
AimFit provides all the necessary equipment however it is preferred that you bring your own mat. Additionally you will need supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle.
